Please note, that on this web site we are currently only supplying the UK and Northern Ireland. If you wish to purchase from any other country, please contact the manufacturer through the website
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our web site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, please press the 'check out' button to proceed to the payment pages, where you can pay online with your PayPal account. Alternatively you can send us a written order together with a cheque. If you pay with credit card, we will ask you for the credit card holder's address and you will be given the opportunity to state your delivery address if it is different to the card holder's address. You then continue to a secure page, where we will ask you for your credit card details. These details will only be known to the merchant bank handling the payment. After completing this section, you will be sent a confirmation of order.
Choosing the right product and adhering to regulation
We will always attempt to give you the best advice possible through information on our website and through e-mails and discussions over the phone. But as we cannot check out your particular situation due to distance and time constraint, you are ultimately responsible for choosing a suitable product and must ensure that you adhere to legislation, Building Regulations and good practice.
Shipping And Packaging
We charge a fixed rate for postage and packaging of £2.00 (including VAT) per order for shipments to the UK and Northern Ireland.

Tax Charges
Our prices include UK VAT of 17.5% (VAT no GB800309578).
Guarantee and Warranty

Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order from the moment you order up to 7 days following the day you receive your goods. We will refund the sales price and the initial postage and packing charges within 30 days of receiving the goods back from you. You will need to return the goods at your cost to us within two weeks following the cancellation. Should the goods not be returned within these two weeks, we will collect the goods and deduct the direct costs of this return from your refund. Any returns within the UK must be directed to

Should your goods arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We might need to collect the damaged goods for assessment prior to sending out a replacement. However, in many cases, we will send out a replacement immediately, without requiring the damaged goods back. In these cases we will ask you to dispose of the damaged goods.
